Terms and conditions of sale
 
As a small photography business reputation is very important and we go to great lengths to ensure all products we sell are sent out and delivered in perfect condition. However we are human and sometimes mistakes and problems can occur, on these few occasions we will do everything we can so you are satisfied with your purchase and our service.
Our policy for refunds, exchange and returns (below) is in line with the UK governments distance selling regulations/guild lines.
  1. Due to the large range of images and products available all items are printed/manufactured to order, there for personalised. We do not offer a refund or accept returns on correctly supplied goods.
  2. If the goods you have received are defective in materials and or workmanship you must inform us within two days of the goods being signed for.
  3. Goods with delivery damage need to be reported to us as soon as possible, within two days of signature and allow us time to investigate and resolve the problem with the delivery company.
  4. If you have received goods which are not the goods you ordered you must inform us within two days of the goods been signed for then returns and reorders can be arranged.
  5. We do not accept returns unless previously arranged and agreed by us.
  6. Goods must be returned to us within seven working days at your expense, in original condition and within the original packaging.
  7. Any items returned will be inspected. If material and or workmanship faults are present we will exchange the items like for like and will refund any postage incurred by you. If we deem the product to be of a satisfactory standard we reserve the right to only give a partial refund of the amount paid, to cover our costs.
